Totally Tangerine is a dahlia that's classified as a "novelty" and the flower form says it all. The puffed center is surrounded by a single row of swept back petals - i.e the classic anemone form - in warm tones of orange and peach with pink tips and reverse. Very unusual. And the plants are shorter than most dahlias, just 2.5 to 3 feet tall. Great for cutting, fun for adding a jolt of uniqueness, welcomed by butterflies.
