Ask a floral professional (florist or grower) about this dahlia and be prepared to hear a sigh. Jowey Winnie is a much loved variety, with plants that are both strong growers and prolific, and blooms that provide symmetry and an unusual color combination. This dahlia's petals are a warm peachy pink; look closely and you'll spy feathering of purple on some petals and in the center. As a welcome accent, the buds are also light purple.
Dahlia tubers can be saved, divided and shared. Click on the Dahlia Planting Guide button, right, for details and growing tips.
