The scoop on Dahlia Diva

Sadly, there aren't a lot of great wine purple dahlias and even fewer that excel as cut flowers. Diva is one. The tip about Diva came from a local dahlia farmer who always seems to be in the know about such things. Nice bushy plant, excellent bloom depth, long straight stems and outstanding production of vibrant blooms. The 4-5 inch flowers are stunning paired with super bloomer dahlia Silver Years.

Why Grow Cutting Dahlias?

  • Few flowers offer the color and form diversity of dahlias
  • Extend vase life by cutting early in the day, after dew has evaporated and when buds are three quarters open
  • The more flowers you cut, the more the plant produces
