Orange, bronze and bits of apricot are blended together in the perfectly-sized-for-cutting blooms of Babylon Bronze. This dependable producer is bright but not brash and delivers lots of long, purple-stemmed cut flowers for summer into autumn bouquets. As with other dahlias, pinch off the top shoot when the plant has 3 to 4 pairs of leaves to prompt branching and bushiness. Which translates into more flowers . . . always good.
