Orange, bronze and bits of apricot are blended together in the slightly tousled blooms of Babylon Bronze. This dependable producer is bright but not brash and adds interest to a mixed planting with its bronze foliage. As with other dahlias, pinch off the top shoot when the plant has 3 to 4 pairs of leaves to prompt branching and bushiness. Which translates into more flowers . . . always good.
