One of the newer cultivar available through Israeli breeder, Amaryllis Moon Scene is a great example of that team's recent work; wide petaled varieties with distinctive markings, uniform blooms, large flowers and sturdy stems of medium length. This variety also offers plump, attractive buds that carry the deep red flower markings to the outside of the buds, for extra visual interest. Very nice.
Note: These Moon Scene bulbs grew small this year (Mother Nature does that sometimes), so these bulbs are not as large as usual. They'll still bloom beautifully however, and this is your chance to pick up a fancy variety at a great price.
