La Paz is a slender-petalled cybister amaryllis, with tiny ruffles on the blossom edges and blooms in shades of red and coral. This "ribbon flower" as a friend calls it, brings a whole new look to amaryllis. Less mass per flower typically translates into more stems in our large bulbs and, of course, more stems deliver more flowers and a longer blooming period. If you haven't grown ribbon or cybister amaryllis, it's time.
This is a Leafari staff tested and recommended variety. In our trials, these 30/32cm bulbs produced 3 or 4 stems per bulb for a show that just kept coming.
